For Nannies
Qualifications, Requirements & Standards
At White Coat Concierge Nanny, we represent experienced childcare professionals who operate with a high level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.
Our families are accomplished, engaged, and intentional in how they run their homes. They are not seeking basic childcare—they are seeking trusted, capable support.
If you take pride in your work and value structure, consistency, and respectful collaboration, you may be a strong fit for our network.

Our Standard
The name White Coat reflects a level of trust, responsibility, and professionalism.
The nannies we represent are prepared to step into environments where expectations are clear, and reliability is essential—not optional.
This includes both:
- Long-term placements within private homes
Short-term and flexible roles, including school track-out, summer coverage, early mornings, evenings, and special events
Every engagement—regardless of length—is approached with the same level of care and professionalism.
